We serve from our bistro menu from 17.00 Tuesday – Saturday.

The menu centres around rustic flavours and dishes prepared with care for the ingredients. You’ll find savoury bites and smaller plates, as well as more satisfying options for those who wish to settle in for a full meal.

From the kitchen come dishes where selected ingredients take the lead and the flavours speak for themselves, such as freshly grilled beef, traditional Swedish potato dumplings, and other favourites that work just as well with a glass of wine as with a longer dinner.

To accompany the food, a selection of wines chosen with the same approach. Sometimes a glass that lifts the flavours on the plate, sometimes a bottle that stays on the table as the evening carries on.
